TriMet June Transit Month Challenge

June is Transit Month! Celebrate by joining the TriMet June Transit Month Challenge and exploring your community and making trips on transit all month long.

How to participate:

  • Log in or create a FREE Get There Connect account here 
  • Each week in June, log at least one transit trip taken on:
    • TriMet buses
    • MAX Light Rail
    • WES Commuter Rail
    • Portland Streetcar
    • SMART to be entered in a weekly prize drawing.
  • Each trip equals one raffle entry.
  • Log at least one trip every week of the challenge to qualify for the grand prize!

Challenge details:

  • Weekly raffle: We will hold a raffle once a week for the four weeks of the event from June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. Raffles will be held at the beginning of each week, starting on June 8. We will choose five raffle winners each full week in June. Winners will be notified the following week via email.
  • Eligibility: Prizes will only be awarded to people who work or reside in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington County.
  • Weekly prizes: Raffle winners will receive a Hop card loaded with 10 day passes and a bicycle kit including front and rear USB rechargeable lights, reflective stickers, and a reflective bag. 
  • Grand prize: We will award 10 grand prizes at the end of June Transit Month. To be eligible for a grand prize, participants must log at least one transit trip during each full 7-day week of the challenge. Challenge weeks are June 1–7, June 8–14, June 15–21, and June 22–30. All trips must be logged by July 3rd at 5:00 PM PST to be eligible for grand prizes. We will select and award grand prize winners by July 8th at 5:00 PM PST. Winners will be notified via email and must respond by email by July 13 to claim prize. If the winner doesn’t respond by July 13, we will select a new winner.
    Grand prizes will be TriMet Hop fare cards loaded with $100 and a TriMet wooden toy vehicle.
