Boost Employee Engagement & Skills: Tap into the Oregon Get There Challenge, Oct. 3-16

A new workplace landscape is being built around flexibility and better employee experience. Tap into Oregon’s Get There Challenge, Oct. 3-16, to boost employee engagement, productivity, retention, and more by leveraging remote work and low-cost commute options.

Flexibility through remote work today ranks as a top desired employee benefit due, in part, to bad commutes and the desire for greater productivity and work-life balance. For on-site workers, employers can make commutes better through transportation options that offer a range of financial, health, and wellness benefits.

This year’s Get There Challenge enables employees to build knowledge and skills by unlocking achievements related to remote work and transportation options at GetThereOregon.org to earn points toward prize drawings. Among the prizes are $500 cash cards, Oregon merchant gift cards, and more.

Spread the word among your employees using our online Employer Communications Toolkit that includes employee emails, breakroom materials, Intranet copy, and more!

Reach out if you have questions or any support needs!

Send this email between Aug. 22-Sept. 5
